Coordinate appointments by text

SureShow lines up the people around a showing, an inspection, or a repair. Tell your assistant who needs to be where, and when. SureShow writes the text. You send it from your own phone.

This version does not send texts. Every text is a draft. Nothing goes out unless you tap it on your phone.

How to connect

In your assistant, add SureShow. Paste this address: https://mcp.sureshow.app/mcp. Sign in with the email you use for work, then allow the app to coordinate appointments for your business.

What you can say

1. Set up a showing at 123 Oak Street Saturday at 2 PM and text the buyers to confirm.
2. Get the inspector and the radon tester into the Maple Lane house Tuesday morning and let the seller know.
3. Who hasn't confirmed for tomorrow's appointments?
4. Tell everyone on the Oak Street showing that I'm running 15 minutes late.
5. Ask the Hendersons if they agree to get appointment texts from me.

What your assistant can do

There are six actions. That is the whole list.

• Create an appointment. Set the title, the place, and the time.
• Add a person. Add a buyer, seller, listing agent, inspector, or contractor. No text is sent.
• Look up an appointment. See who has agreed to texts and who is still waiting.
• List appointments. See what is coming up.
• Draft texts. Write an invite, a reminder, a running-late note, or a new time. You send it from your phone.
• Mark confirmed. Record that someone said yes by text, by phone, or in person.

Try it

Sign in with any email you can read; SureShow sends a code and opens an empty business for you. Use phone numbers in the 555 range. Nothing is ever texted in this version, so a test cannot reach a real person.

1. Ask for a showing tomorrow at 10 AM at 456 Elm Street. SureShow returns a code such as APT-7KQ2.
2. Add a buyer, Pat Demo, 312-555-0101. Pat has not agreed to texts yet.
3. Ask for an invite text to Pat. You get a request for a yes, with a link, not the appointment text.
4. Add a listing agent, Sam Demo, 312-555-0102, and say Sam agreed by phone. Ask for an invite again. Sam gets the appointment text; Pat still gets the request for a yes.
5. Say Sam confirmed by text, then ask who has not confirmed.

Bring in a schedule

After you sign in, you can upload a CSV or let another system send jobs. People who come in that way have not agreed to texts. Google Calendar and Outlook are a preview and are not live.
